Transportation Supervisor
Position Summary
The Transportation Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Transportation Department, including valet attendants, bell staff, and drivers. This position is responsible for coordinating transportation services, managing dispatch operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting team performance. The Transportation Supervisor leads by example and must be willing to assist with all departmental functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers, valet attendants, and bell staff to ensure efficient and timely guest service.
- Oversee guest arrivals and departures, supporting a smooth check-in experience and maintaining traffic flow at resort entrances and parking areas.
- Manage transportation reservations and answer guest inquiries regarding transportation services.
- Monitor daily staffing levels and make operational decisions to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, valet area, and transportation office.
- Process transportation billing and ensure accurate use of SMS and other department systems.
- Maintain awareness of resort events, amenity schedules, and promotions to assist guests effectively.
- Respond professionally to operational challenges and last-minute transportation changes.
- Assist with driving assignments, valet operations, luggage handling, and guest assistance as needed.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality, transportation, valet, or customer service experience required.
