- Learn and stay current on the product lines, the ins and outs of the product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Negotiate with customers clearly and concisely.
- Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.
- Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value-added products, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record required
- Willing to submit pre-employment background check, DMV record, and drug screen
