Position Overview:
As an Engineering Manager - Finite Element Analysis (FEA Lead) you will lead a high-performing team of analysis engineers supporting the design and development of conventional marine internal combustion engines, drive systems, electrified propulsion and vessels. The ideal candidate must bring a blend of deep FEA expertise, strong people-leadership skills, and a passion for elevating engineering analysis capabilities across the organization. - Serve as primary technical expert in FEA and CAE, guiding complex simulations involving non-linear material behavior, fatigue, dynamics, impact and multi-physics interactions. Develop and validate advanced analysis methodologies that support engine, drive system, and structural component development.
- Mentor junior, mid-level and senior analysts, providing coaching/guidance on modeling approaches, simulation setup, scripting, correlation techniques, and interpretation of results.
- Manage and balance the workload for a group of 4–6 analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution.
- Coordinate work packages between onsite and offshore teams, inclusive of managing project timelines, ensuring clear communication between teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in deliverables.

- Document analysis findings and share the results with stakeholders, engineering partners, and leaders. This includes preparing detailed reports, presenting findings in meetings, and providing actionable recommendations based on analysis results.
- Identify potential areas for new method development and work with experts to test and deploy.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for improving analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.

Which marketing and advertising companies sponsor H-1B visas in Wisconsin?
Several Wisconsin employers have filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for marketing and advertising roles. Milwaukee-based corporations including Kohl's, Northwestern Mutual, and Johnson Controls have sponsored marketing positions, as have regional advertising agencies. Madison's growing tech and agency sector also contributes sponsorship activity. Reviewing OFLC disclosure data by employer name and occupation code gives the most accurate picture of recent filing history.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most marketing and advertising H-1B sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee is Wisconsin's primary hub for marketing and advertising H-1B roles, driven by its concentration of Fortune 500 corporate headquarters, full-service agencies, and media companies. Madison follows closely, supported by the University of Wisconsin ecosystem and a growing tech-adjacent marketing sector. Smaller markets like Green Bay and Appleton see occasional sponsorship activity, primarily from regional retailers and healthcare system marketing departments.
What types of marketing and advertising roles typically qualify for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship in marketing and advertising typically applies to specialty occupation roles requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Qualifying positions commonly include digital marketing managers, marketing data analysts, SEO and paid media specialists, brand strategists, market research analysts, and UX-focused content roles. USCIS evaluates each petition individually, so the job description must demonstrate that a specific degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related discipline is a genuine requirement.
How do I find marketing and advertising H-1B sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa type and industry, making it straightforward to identify Wisconsin employers actively sponsoring H-1B candidates in marketing and advertising. Rather than sorting through general job boards, Migrate Mate surfaces roles where employers have demonstrated H-1B filing history, so you can focus applications on companies already familiar with the sponsorship process for marketing and advertising positions in cities like Milwaukee and Madison.
Are there any state-specific or industry-specific considerations for H-1B sponsorship in Wisconsin's marketing sector?
Wisconsin does not impose additional state-level visa requirements beyond federal H-1B rules, but marketing and advertising roles here often serve industries with seasonal hiring cycles, including retail, agriculture, and tourism. Corporate marketing teams at large Wisconsin employers tend to have established HR infrastructure for sponsorship, while smaller independent agencies may sponsor less frequently. Candidates targeting agencies should confirm sponsorship capability early, as smaller firms sometimes lack prior H-1B filing experience.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B marketing & advertising jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
