With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels. StackAdapt is looking for a Group Manager, Video Production to raise the bar for how our brand comes to life through video. This is not a role focused on simply producing more content. We are looking for someone who can create exceptional, memorable work at the highest creative standard —from Super Bowl-quality brand commercials to customer stories so compelling they rival, and even outperform, our customers’ own brand advertising. You’ll help define what great video looks like at StackAdapt and build a video engine that combines world-class storytelling, creative ambition, and scalable production. Our goal is simple: make people notice StackAdapt, remember StackAdapt, and understand the incredible customers, people, technology, and ideas behind our brand.
How We'll Measure Success
Success isn't simply measured by how many videos we produce. It's whether the work changes how people perceive StackAdapt. We will know this role is succeeding when StackAdapt's video is increasingly recognized for its creative quality, our commercials build meaningful brand awareness, our customer stories become content customers are proud to share themselves, and we have built a scalable system that allows us to produce more exceptional work around the world.
THE OPPORTUNITY
StackAdapt is building the future of advertising technology. This role has the opportunity to help build the story and brand that goes with it. We want someone who looks at the best commercials, branded films, customer stories, and cultural content in the world and thinks: “We can make something even better.”
What You'll Be Doing:
Create Brand-Defining Work
- Concept, produce, and deliver Super Bowl-quality commercials and brand campaigns that can compete with the best advertising in the world.
- Partner with our Creative and Brand teams to develop breakthrough ideas that build awareness and make StackAdapt memorable.
- Translate our brand positioning into stories that are emotional, entertaining, human, and highly shareable.
- Push StackAdapt beyond traditional B2B and technology marketing conventions.
Reinvent the Customer Testimonial
- Transform the traditional B2B case study into something people actually want to watch.
- Create customer films that are so beautifully produced and creatively compelling that they can be stronger than the customer's own brand commercials.
- Find the human stories behind the results—great people, bold ideas, breakthrough campaigns, and meaningful business impact.
- Make our customers the heroes while demonstrating the role StackAdapt played in their success.
Raise the Bar for Video
- Establish a new standard for cinematography, storytelling, editing, sound, motion, and overall production quality across StackAdapt.
- Develop everything from flagship commercials and cinematic customer stories to product films, executive storytelling, social video, event content, and brand documentaries.
- Know when something requires a major production—and when a small team with a great idea can create something remarkable.
- Continually challenge the organization to ask: “Is this good enough to represent the brand we're becoming?”
Build a Scalable Video Engine
- Increase both the quality and quantity of video produced across StackAdapt.
- Develop repeatable formats, production systems, templates, and workflows that allow us to move faster without lowering the creative standard.
- Build and manage a world-class network of directors, production companies, cinematographers, editors, animators, sound designers, and other creative partners.
- Find ways to turn every major production into an ecosystem of content across CTV, digital, social, events, sales, product marketing, and owned channels.
What You'll Bring to the Table
You are equal parts storyteller, producer, creative thinker, and craftsperson. You have exceptional creative taste and know the difference between content that is technically well produced and work that people genuinely remember.
You bring:
- A portfolio of exceptional commercial, brand, documentary, or customer storytelling work.
- Experience taking productions from initial idea through concepting, pre-production, filming, post-production, and final delivery.
- The creative ambition and production expertise to deliver national TV/CTV-caliber advertising.
- Strong instincts for storytelling, casting, directing, cinematography, editing, music, sound, and pacing.
- The ability to uncover compelling human stories from customers, employees, and executives.
- Experience managing agencies, directors, production companies, freelancers, budgets, schedules, and complex shoots.
- The ability to move comfortably between big-budget hero productions and fast, scrappy experimentation.
- A strong understanding of how video performs across TV/CTV, YouTube, social, digital, events, and emerging channels.
- A willingness to challenge conventional B2B marketing and push for work that is more ambitious, entertaining, and culturally relevant.
- Experience managing full-time direct reports.

Which marketing and advertising companies sponsor H-1B visas in Utah?
Utah's most active H-1B visa sponsors in marketing and advertising include technology companies with large in-house marketing teams, such as Adobe, Qualtrics, and Ancestry, as well as regional digital agencies headquartered in Salt Lake City and Lehi. Companies that file Labor Condition Applications for marketing roles are listed publicly through the OFLC's disclosure data, which you can search to verify a specific employer's sponsorship history.
Which cities in Utah have the most marketing and advertising H-1B sponsorship jobs?
Salt Lake City and the Lehi-Provo corridor, sometimes called Silicon Slopes, account for the largest share of marketing and advertising H-1B activity in Utah. Salt Lake City hosts a mix of agencies and corporate marketing departments, while Silicon Slopes is home to fast-growing tech companies that frequently hire international professionals for growth marketing, content strategy, and product marketing roles.
What types of marketing and advertising roles typically qualify for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship requires the position to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning it normally requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. In marketing and advertising, roles that regularly meet this standard include market research analysts, digital marketing managers, SEO and SEM specialists, data-driven media strategists, and marketing data analysts. General coordinator or assistant-level roles with no specific degree requirement are less likely to qualify.
How do I find marketing and advertising H-1B sponsorship jobs in Utah?
Migrate Mate lets you filter job listings specifically by visa type and state, so you can browse marketing and advertising H-1B sponsorship opportunities in Utah directly. Each employer profile on Migrate Mate shows verified LCA filing history, giving you a concrete signal of which Utah companies have sponsored H-1B workers in marketing roles before, rather than relying on unverified job descriptions.
Are there any state-specific considerations for H-1B sponsorship in Utah's marketing sector?
Utah does not have state-level immigration rules that add requirements beyond federal H-1B law, but the state's concentration of technology employers in Silicon Slopes does shape the market. Many Utah marketing roles are tied to SaaS and e-commerce companies, where performance marketing and analytics skills are in high demand. Employers here tend to frame marketing positions around measurable outcomes, which can strengthen the specialty occupation case when degree requirements are clearly defined in the job duties.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B marketing & advertising jobs in Utah?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
