Opus Luxury Cabinets is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations across two warehouses and lead our warehouse and delivery personnel. You will own the flow of cabinet jobs and parts from supplier coordination and receipt through customer delivery - keeping materials protected and easy to locate, records accurate, backorders visible, warehouse capacity planned, routes efficient, and customers informed. This role is central to delivering complete orders safely, professionally, and with as few trips as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead two warehouse locations. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, organization, safety, staffing priorities, and material flow across both facilities.
• Manage supplier ETAs and warehouse capacity. Communicate with suppliers to confirm expected delivery dates, keep sales, operations, and customers informed, and plan space efficiently for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Control incoming jobs and parts. Receive and document cabinet jobs and parts, then store every item safely so it remains protected and easy to locate.
• Maintain reliable tracking. Keep the company's tracking system and job records current for received, stored, delivered, transferred, missing, damaged, and backordered items.
• Plan ahead for complete deliveries. Review Job Summary Forms before delivery dates, identify backorders early, and work to have them ready with the main order whenever possible.
• Own customer scheduling and route planning. Coordinate delivery appointments, assign crews, set routes, bundle compatible deliveries, and minimize unnecessary trips.
• Verify every load and delivery. Use labels, packing lists, job records, and required photographs to confirm the right items reach the right jobsite and are properly documented.
• Lead and develop the team. Train warehouse and delivery personnel in safe cabinet handling, warehouse procedures, jobsite conduct, customer service, and care of company vehicles, tools, and property.
• Protect quality and accountability. Address lost, missing, or damaged goods promptly and partner with operations, field teams, and leadership until records and next steps are clear.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Experience supervising warehouse, logistics, delivery, or field-service personnel.
• Ability to manage two locations, multiple jobs, shifting priorities, and customer appointments while consistently using digital task, project, or inventory-tracking tools.
• Construction-industry experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience in the cabinet industry.
• Confident, courteous communication with customers, coworkers, installers, and leadership.
• Sound judgment, calm problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and accountability; experience with cabinetry or other damage-sensitive products is a plus.

Success in this role means both warehouses are orderly, shipment ETAs and job records are current, space and routes are planned efficiently, crews know their priorities, and customers receive clear answers.
