Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform landscaping maintenance on properties
- Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members
- Communicate with the client about property needs
- Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
- Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule
- Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed
- Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
