Account Executive Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a account executive in New Hampshire?
Most account executive roles in New Hampshire require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, though employers in technology and SaaS often weigh demonstrated sales results as heavily as credentials. The role carries no state-issued license in New Hampshire for most industries, though account executives selling insurance products must hold an active New Hampshire Property and Casualty or Life and Health producer license issued by the New Hampshire Insurance Department.
Which companies hire account executives in New Hampshire?
Employers hiring account executives in New Hampshire right now include Hibu, AT&T, and IAPP, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's strong presence of insurance carriers, technology services firms, and healthcare IT companies means demand is spread across multiple sectors rather than concentrated in a single industry.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most account executive jobs?
Manchester, Portsmouth, and Exeter have the most account executive openings in New Hampshire. Manchester drives the largest share as the state's commercial hub, home to a dense cluster of financial services, healthcare, and technology employers, while Nashua attracts openings tied to its concentration of defense contractors and software companies along the Route 3 corridor, and Concord generates steady postings from state government vendors, insurance carriers, and professional services firms.
Are there remote account executive jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 60% of account executive openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how naturally the role translates to distributed work. The parts of the role most commonly handled fully remotely are inside sales, SaaS renewals, and national account management, while roles requiring on-site client visits or territory coverage in New Hampshire tend to be hybrid or fully in-person.
How can I get hired as a account executive in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a sales development representative or business development representative role at one of New Hampshire's technology or financial services employers, where companies like Anthem and Oracle run structured sales training programs that promote top performers into account executive positions. Building experience in inside sales, customer success, or account coordination at New Hampshire-based insurance agencies or SaaS companies provides the closest lateral move, and obtaining a New Hampshire insurance producer license gives candidates a measurable edge for employer-facing roles in financial and benefits sales.
Where can I find and apply to account executive jobs in New Hampshire?
You can find and apply to account executive jobs in New Hampshire on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers hiring in the state right now. Search the listings, find roles that match your experience and target industry, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
