Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Sales/Talent Agent For Creators
MDNGHT - Encino, Los Angeles, CA
Commission-Based | In-Person / Hybrid
About MDNGHT
MDNGHT is a Los Angeles-based creator management, brand partnerships, events, and entertainment company working with established digital creators across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and other major social platforms. It is one part of our social media conglomerate.
We already have what many agencies spend years trying to build: access to a strong roster of creators and talent.
We are now looking for more experienced Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Sales Agents who can help us continue expanding the other side of the business, developing relationships with brands, agencies, marketing teams, and sponsorship partners and bringing new opportunities to our creators.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already works in influencer marketing, sponsorship sales, talent representation, advertising, experiential marketing, or brand partnerships and has an existing network of relationships they can bring to the table.
We provide the creators. You help bring the brands.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
You will not be starting from scratch trying to find talent to represent.
MDNGHT already works with established content creators and has an active creator ecosystem in Los Angeles.
Our Encino operation includes:
- A large content house used by creators for filming, collaborations, and productions
- A dedicated studio space for filming, productions, livestreams, etc.
- Access to well established digital creators and influencers with millions of followers
- Live events and creator activations
- Sponsorship and brand integration opportunities
- A growing network within the Los Angeles creator and entertainment community
Our goal is to significantly expand the number and size of brand partnerships we are bringing to our creators.
We are looking for someone who sees our creator roster and infrastructure as something they can immediately monetize through their relationships and sales experience.
The Role
You will focus primarily on sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing brand deals, sponsorships, partnerships, and activations for MDNGHT and the creators we work with.
This is a relationship-driven business development position.
We are especially interested in candidates who already have relationships with:
- Brands
- Advertising agencies
- Influencer marketing agencies
- Media agencies
- PR agencies
- Brand partnership teams
- Creator marketing teams
- Experiential marketing companies
- Sponsorship buyers
- Marketing executives
- Talent and entertainment partners
Responsibilities
- Source new brand deals, sponsorships, integrations, and partnership opportunities for MDNGHT creators.
- Leverage your existing network of brand, agency, and marketing relationships to generate opportunities.
- Build new relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers.
- Pitch MDNGHT creators for relevant campaigns and partnerships.
- Identify creators within our network who are a strong fit for specific brands and campaigns.
- Negotiate campaign pricing, usage rights, deliverables, exclusivity, timelines, and other commercial terms.
- Develop long-term relationships with brands and agencies rather than relying solely on one-off campaigns.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate already understands how the creator economy and brand partnership ecosystem works.
You may currently or previously have worked at:
- A talent agency
- Creator management company
- Influencer marketing agency
- Advertising agency
- Experiential marketing agency
- Creator platform
- Media company
- Sponsorship agency
- Brand partnerships department
- Digital entertainment company
We are particularly interested in someone who can come into the role with existing relationships and an existing network, rather than someone learning sponsorship sales for the first time.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation is tied directly to the brand partnerships and sponsorship revenue you generate.
This structure is particularly well suited for an experienced salesperson or agent who already has relationships in the industry and wants access to a growing roster of creators without having to build the talent side of the business themselves.
Specific commission structure and deal economics will be discussed during the interview process based on experience, relationships, and the type of business you are capable of generating.
There is significant upside for someone who can consistently bring meaningful brand opportunities to our creator roster.
Location
Our team is based in Encino, Los Angeles.
We operate a creator content house and have access to dedicated studio and production facilities in Los Angeles.
We are open to discussing a hybrid structure for an exceptional candidate with a strong existing network, although being located in Los Angeles and able to participate in meetings, creator events, productions, and activations is highly preferred.
When Applying
Please include a brief description of:
- Your experience with brand partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer marketing
- The types of brands or agencies you have worked with
- Whether you currently have relationships with brand or agency decision-makers
- Examples of partnerships or sponsorships you have helped source or close
- The approximate size or type of deals you have experience working on
Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- 401(k)
- Flexible schedule

How do you become a brand partnerships manager in California?
Most brand partnerships managers in California enter the role through a marketing or communications degree followed by several years in brand marketing, account management, or business development. California does not require a state-issued license for this role. Hiring managers across Los Angeles and the Bay Area consistently favor candidates who can show a portfolio of executed partnership campaigns, familiarity with creator economy platforms, and experience closing deals at consumer or media brands.
How much do brand partnerships managers make in California?
Brand partnerships managers in California earn a median of about $193,620 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $104,370 for the lowest 10% to over $326,400 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire brand partnerships managers in California?
Employers hiring brand partnerships managers in California right now include TikTok, Guess, and iHerb, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. California's concentration of entertainment studios, consumer tech platforms, and direct-to-consumer brands makes it one of the deepest pools of brand partnership roles in the country.
Which California cities have the most brand partnerships manager jobs?
Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Burbank have the most brand partnerships manager openings in California. Los Angeles dominates because of its entertainment, media, and lifestyle brand headquarters, while San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area draw heavily from consumer tech and platform companies that run large co-marketing and creator partnership programs.
