What You’ll Do
- Coordinate caregiver schedules so every client shift is consistently and appropriately staffed
- Work with caregivers to fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and keep availability records accurate
- Monitor daily schedules and quickly resolve call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps
- Serve as the main contact for scheduling questions from clients and caregivers
- Keep accurate documentation, maintain compliance, and provide on-call support for after-hours staffing needs
What You’ll Need
- 1 year of home care scheduling experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
- CNA experience preferred
