ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative Procurement Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Procure-to-Pay, this position sits within the Finance Operations function. In this role, you will lead complex contract negotiations, optimize our overarching procure-to-pay operations, and directly manage a team of two individuals. We operate in a fast-paced technology environment, so strong operational experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred. You will also be the primary owner from the Procurement side of our contracting and purchasing systems. We utilize Ironclad for our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), which is fully integrated with Coupa for our procure-to-pay workflows. A candidate with hands-on operational experience navigating and optimizing these two systems will thrive in this role.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of procurement and contracts administration professionals, providing cross-functional guidance on purchasing workflows, negotiation strategies, operational efficiency, company policies, and career growth
- Complex Negotiations: Review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
- System Optimization: Act as the subject matter expert for our contracting and purchasing tools. Oversee the contract workflow in Ironclad and ensure seamless integration and operational data flow with Coupa for our procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Security, and internal business stakeholders to ensure contracts and vendor purchases align with company risk tolerance, budget, and business objectives
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline both the contract lifecycle and the procurement intake process, reducing bottlenecks and improving the speed of execution without compromising on risk management or operational excellence
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, commercial operations, or a related field, with a heavy emphasis on operational workflows and negotiating complex agreements
- People Management: Proven experience directly managing and coaching direct reports, with the ability to lead professionals across both procurement and contract administration functions
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of commercial legal terms, risk allocation, and standard contracting principles
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal and procurement jargon into clear, actionable business advice for stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- SaaS Industry Experience: Strong background working within the SaaS or software industry, with a solid understanding of software licensing, subscription models, and privacy/data security standards
- System Expertise: Hands-on, administrative-level experience with Ironclad (or a similar CLM) and Coupa (or a similar P2P system). Experience managing the integration and data mapping between the two is a massive plus
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $121,100 - $151,500/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $134,700 - $168,300/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.

Frame your PM credentials around SaaS delivery
Braze operates in the martech SaaS space, so certifications like PMP or Agile credentials carry more weight when paired with examples of shipping software products. Tailor your resume to reflect sprint cycles, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional delivery in a technology environment.
Target roles tied to customer-facing programs
Braze's open Project Manager positions frequently sit within customer onboarding, professional services, or product operations. These teams have active hiring pipelines and historically support sponsorship, so filter your applications toward those functions rather than corporate or back-office PM roles.
Confirm sponsorship intent before the first interview
Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific PM role supports visa sponsorship, since sponsorship decisions can vary by team or hiring manager. Getting a clear answer early prevents investing weeks in a process that can't result in an offer.
Browse Braze Project Manager openings on Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate filters job listings by visa type and sponsorship history, so you can surface active Braze PM roles that match your specific authorization. This saves time compared to manually checking whether individual postings support your visa category.
Prepare for a multi-round process before the I-129 is filed
Braze PM interviews typically involve a case study or project scenario round alongside behavioral interviews. The employer cannot file your H-1B petition until after a formal offer is extended, so your documentation should be ready to move quickly once an offer is signed.

Find Project Manager at Braze JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Braze sponsor H-1B visas for Project Managers?
Yes, Braze has sponsored H-1B visas for Project Manager roles. If you require H-1B sponsorship, confirm with the recruiter early in the process that the specific team supports it, since sponsorship decisions can vary by department. If you're subject to the annual cap, your start date will align with the October 1 fiscal year window following the March lottery registration.
Which visa types does Braze commonly sponsor for Project Manager roles?
Braze sponsors multiple visa categories for Project Managers, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT and CPT for students. The company also supports immigrant visa pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term sponsorship. The right category depends on your nationality and current immigration status.
What qualifications does Braze expect for Project Manager roles?
Braze typically looks for PM candidates with experience delivering software or SaaS products in cross-functional environments. Familiarity with customer lifecycle programs, onboarding operations, or marketing technology workflows is a practical advantage given the company's core business. Agile methodology experience and project management certifications like PMP strengthen an application, particularly for roles in professional services or product operations.
How do I apply for Project Manager jobs at Braze?
You can find and apply for Braze Project Manager openings through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can identify roles that match your immigration status. Once you identify a relevant opening, apply directly and use your initial recruiter conversation to confirm that the team sponsors your visa category before investing significant time in the interview process.
How do I plan my timeline if Braze sponsors my H-1B as a Project Manager?
If you need an H-1B cap filing, plan around USCIS's annual registration window, which opens in March. A lottery selection in April allows Braze to file your petition for an October 1 start date. If you're currently on F-1 OPT, you can begin employment before the cap filing and use the cap-gap provision to maintain status during the transition if your OPT expires before October 1.
