Emory operates multiple hospital campuses and outpatient facilities across metro Atlanta, each with distinct hiring pipelines. Applications submitted directly to Emory Healthcare's career portal for specific campuses move faster than general inquiries.

Filter by visa type and healthcare employer to surface active Patient Service Specialist listings at Emory. Migrate Mate surfaces sponsorship-confirmed roles so you're not guessing which openings are accessible to international candidates.
Clarify your work authorization status early in conversations
Emory's HR team handles sponsorship decisions at the department level. During initial screening, clearly state your current status, whether F-1 OPT, TN, or J-1, so the hiring manager can route your case to the appropriate HR contact before an offer is extended.
Prepare for PERM labor certification if pursuing a Green Card
Emory sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 pathways, but PERM requires DOL-supervised recruitment proving no qualified U.S. workers were displaced. This process typically runs six to twelve months, so raise long-term sponsorship goals during offer negotiation, not after you've started.
