The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to streamline development workflows and ensure the continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of software applications. The role gets involved in strategic planning, process optimization, team leadership, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Takes ownership and manages projects enabling continuous integration and automation of service integration, delivery, and deployments.
- Provides guidance to junior team members on all DevOps related practices and projects.
- Manages the organization's continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency.
- Implements industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management.
- Defines DevOps goals and metrics across functional teams and the business.
- Seeks understanding of customer/end-user requirements and project KPIs.
- Creates new processes for improvement and minimization of wastage.
- Actively engages with architects and developers, understanding the technology components of solutions and contributing to decision-making.
- Reports on progress to internal management and external customers.

Education & Experience Recommended
