In this remote role, you will collaborate with colleagues to address strategic challenges, conduct analysis, and develop applicable recommendations that increase membership growth, retention and innovation. - Manage analysis and work streams within high-profile strategy projects
- Support interviews and working sessions with leaders across the company
- Conduct industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis and identify insights for Humana
- Create high-quality analysis and sections of deliverables that frame objectives and challenges, and articulate insightful findings and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders across the company

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of full-time experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate/business unit strategy
- 2+ years of experience with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of Managed Care and/or healthcare services work experience
- 1 year of experience focused on Consumer experience
- 1 year of project management experience
- Experience working on business transformation efforts
- Reside in one of the following locations - Boston, Chicago, Nashville, New York, Louisville and Washington, DC

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
