Frame your credentials around clinical trial operations
Medpace Business Analysts work inside clinical research workflows, not general enterprise IT. Translate your experience into CRO-relevant language: protocol feasibility, site metrics, data reconciliation, or regulatory timelines before you apply.
Search open Business Analyst positions using Migrate Mate
Medpace posts Business Analyst openings across multiple functional areas. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Medpace roles that match your visa type, so you're applying to positions the company is actively sponsoring rather than guessing.
Ask about LCA filing scope during interviews
Medpace operates project-based work across client sites and its own facilities. Confirm with the recruiter whether your role will be covered under a single LCA work site or whether DOL requires multiple certified locations before your H-1B petition is filed.
Prepare degree equivalency documentation early
H-1B specialty occupation requires a U.S. bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a directly related field. If your degree is from outside the U.S., get a credential evaluation completed before your offer stage so it doesn't delay USCIS petition filing.

Does Medpace sponsor H-1B visas for Business Analysts?
Yes, Medpace sponsors H-1B visas for Business Analyst roles. The company operates in clinical research and has a consistent pattern of filing H-1B petitions for analytical and operations-focused positions. Business Analyst roles at Medpace typically qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards because they require at minimum a bachelor's degree in a specific technical or scientific field.
How do I apply for Business Analyst jobs at Medpace?
Applications go through Medpace's careers portal directly. Before applying, confirm the role aligns with your visa category and that your degree field supports a specialty occupation claim. Migrate Mate lists open Business Analyst positions at Medpace filtered by visa sponsorship type, which makes it easier to identify current openings relevant to your situation without manually sorting through every listing.
Which visa types does Medpace sponsor for Business Analyst positions?
Medpace sponsors a range of visa categories for Business Analyst roles, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, J-1, and supports EB-2 and EB-3 green card pathways for longer-term employees. TN sponsorship applies to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. Which category is used depends on your nationality, degree, and how the role is classified internally.
What qualifications does Medpace expect for Business Analyst roles?
Medpace Business Analyst roles are embedded in clinical research operations, so the company expects familiarity with data analysis, project coordination, and regulatory or trial management environments. A bachelor's degree in life sciences, statistics, information systems, or a related field is standard. Experience with clinical data systems, site management workflows, or regulatory submission processes strengthens an application significantly.
How do I plan my timeline if Medpace is sponsoring my H-1B?
H-1B petitions for cap-subject applicants are filed in April for an October 1 start date. If you're hired while on F-1 OPT, you'll need sufficient OPT time remaining to bridge the gap, or your employer files for a cap-gap extension automatically while your petition is pending. Confirm with Medpace's HR team which USCIS service center will handle your petition and whether premium processing is available to reduce uncertainty.
