Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a full time opening for a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner to join a team of leading diagnostic and interventional and non-interventional Cardiologists in Kaufman, Texas. This is a great opportunity to work closely with board certified physicians who have a reputation for excellence in diagnosing and providing innovative treatments for cardiovascular diseases.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Full time - 40 hours per week.
- May require occasional weekend assistance when supervising physician is on call.
- Assist with hospital rounding including ICU and clinical management of patients.
- Electronic Medical Records.
- Assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions.
- Nuclear, Stress Tests, Echocardiogram all on site.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Texas license.
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Board Certification and Experience.

The Nurse Practitioner (“NP”) must be a graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and have a current RN license for the State of Texas. The NP’s duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only.
