Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical field, combined with a background in B2B sales or account management. Many candidates move into the role from inside sales or sales development positions. Earning a certification such as a Certified Professional Sales Person credential can strengthen a candidacy, and familiarity with the industries dominant in Minnesota, such as healthcare IT and financial services software, gives applicants a concrete edge.
How much do enterprise account managers make in Minnesota?
Enterprise account managers in Minnesota earn a median of about $75,370 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $40,810 for the lowest 10% to over $146,200 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire enterprise account managers in Minnesota?
Companies currently hiring enterprise account managers in Minnesota include SentinelOne, Azul, and Adobe, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Minnesota's concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters in healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing means enterprise sales roles here tend to involve large, complex accounts with long sales cycles.
Which Minnesota cities have the most enterprise account manager jobs?
Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Edina account for the most enterprise account manager openings in Minnesota. The Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro dominates because it is home to the headquarters of large technology buyers and sellers, including major healthcare systems and financial institutions, while Rochester draws openings tied to medical technology and enterprise healthcare software that supports the Mayo Clinic ecosystem.
Are there remote enterprise account manager jobs in Minnesota?

Companies such as UnitedHealth Group and Ecolab regularly bring in early-career candidates through rotational sales programs and associate account manager tracks.
