Applications are invited from qualified individuals for a 100% full-time open rank, tenure-track professor position in Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, & Analytics (IOSA) area within the Department of Business Administration. We are interested in candidates who will bring excellence to campus via outstanding research, teaching, and service.
We seek candidates with a demonstrated commitment to research excellence. Research methods can include but are not restricted to traditional and cutting-edge methods such as empirical methods, behavioral or field experiments, machine learning, operations research, game theory, and/or related methods with particular emphasis on applications in information systems, operations, and supply chain management. Priority will be given to candidates whose research leverages AI/ML methodologies, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision making to solve contemporary business challenges. We especially welcome candidates who can bridge traditional business disciplines with emerging AI and analytics applications. An ability and openness to teach courses at graduate and undergraduate levels with different delivery formats is desirable. Experience with online teaching is valued but not required. Qualified candidates will have completed a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.
