This role requires someone who is both approachable and firm — a person who is very detailed oriented, follows through and while also ensuring that policies and standards are met.

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Operations and Finance Specialist (Full Charge Bookkeeper) to manage our financial records and office operations. This vital role combines comprehensive bookkeeping responsibilities with operational support. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise, technical proficiency with financial software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

• Bookkeeping
• Accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), reconciliation
• Invoicing
• Inventory Control - Track and record inventory adjustments, updates, and valuation
• Process payroll accurately and on time (Manage Attendance system)
• Manage employee benefits and enrollment
• Maintain employee files and compliance documentation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts
• Office Administration
• Oversee day-to-day office operations
• Manage supplies, vendors, and contracts
• Enforce office policies and procedures
• Support management with special projects and reporting

Skills

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, office administration, and HR (manufacturing industry and small Business experience desired)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and HR practices
• Proficiency in financial concepts like debits & credits, journal entries, account reconciliation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, balance sheet reconciliation, and account analysis
• Excellent organizational skills, data entry accuracy; detail-oriented with a focus on precision in all tasks.
• Self-starter who pays attention to details and follows through.

Pay: $25.75 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
