About the Opportunity

Midwest Motorsports is seeking a motivated, sales-driven individual to join our team as our Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager.

We are an established, locally owned powersports dealership looking for someone who thrives on closing deals, building customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.

This is more than a traditional finance position. We're looking for someone who enjoys the sales process, takes initiative, and is motivated by results. The ideal candidate will play a key role in finalizing sales, securing customer financing, and presenting products that enhance the ownership experience.

Previous automotive or powersports finance experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who brings a proven sales background, strong closing skills, and the drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and our sales team to finalize and close sales transactions.
• Arrange customer financing through our network of lending partners.
• Present and sell extended service contracts, protection plans, and other F&I products.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of contracts, financing documents, and required paperwork.
• Maintain compliance with applicable financing and consumer protection regulations.
• Work closely with dealership management to improve closing rates, finance penetration, and overall sales performance.
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive customer experience.

• Automotive, powersports, or dealership F&I experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000–$90,000+ annual earning potential, depending on experience, productivity, and performance.
