Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

JOB DETAILS

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models, including pricing models, margin analysis, and forecasting
- Analyze business performance across revenue-based and operational (e.g., square footage) margins
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments

• Strategic Business Partnering
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to guide pricing strategy and business decisions
• Evaluate profitability scenarios and recommend the most effective business models

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing and growth strategy

• Reporting & Data Transformation

• Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages for internal leadership and private equity stakeholders
• Aggregate and streamline data from multiple systems (QuickBooks, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics)

• Build dashboards and reporting tools that enhance visibility and decision-making

• Storytelling & Communication

• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Present findings to department leaders and executive leadership

• Help “connect the dots” across departments to tell the story behind the numbers

• Operational & Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in current processes and help build scalable FP&A infrastructure
• Support monthly spend tracking, commissions reporting, and audit/tax-related analysis as needed
• Play a key role in ongoing technology integrations and system enhancements
