JOB DETAILS
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models, including pricing models, margin analysis, and forecasting
- Analyze business performance across revenue-based and operational (e.g., square footage) margins
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
- Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to guide pricing strategy and business decisions
- Evaluate profitability scenarios and recommend the most effective business models

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing and growth strategy

Reporting & Data Transformation
- Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages for internal leadership and private equity stakeholders
- Aggregate and streamline data from multiple systems (QuickBooks, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics)

Build dashboards and reporting tools that enhance visibility and decision-making

Storytelling & Communication
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Present findings to department leaders and executive leadership

Help “connect the dots” across departments to tell the story behind the numbers

Operational & Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in current processes and help build scalable FP&A infrastructure
- Support monthly spend tracking, commissions reporting, and audit/tax-related analysis as needed
- Play a key role in ongoing technology integrations and system enhancements
