What You’ll Do
Autonomous Operations
- Independently oversee daily operations across both locations
- Organize your schedule and priorities based on business needs
- Proactively identify and resolve issues without constant oversight
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong, reliable team
- Set expectations and ensure accountability
- Foster a structured, positive, and professional work environment
Performance & Business Management
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements
- Control costs (including COGS) and manage budgets
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and efficiency
Administrative & Organization
- Manage scheduling, reporting, and key administrative tasks
- Ensure operations run smoothly and consistently
Customer Experience & Standards
- Maintain a high-end, welcoming customer experience
- Ensure stores are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
Inventory & Supply
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
Local Engagement
- Build relationships with customers and the local community
- Support local marketing initiatives and growth opportunities
