We're growing our trauma treatment team and are seeking a full-time therapist who enjoys working with adult clients and wants to continue developing expertise in trauma-informed care. Whether you're already EMDR trained or eager to complete training within your first three months, we'd love to connect with you.

What You'll Do

• Provide trauma-informed therapy to adult clients
• Maintain a typical full-time caseload of approximately 22–28 clients per week
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in biweekly group supervision
• Attend team trainings
• Continue developing trauma-focused clinical skills
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture

What You'll Bring

• Provisionally or fully licensed counselor or social worker in Missouri
• Kansas licensure is a plus
• EMDR training completed or willingness to complete training within the first three months of employment
• Strong interest in trauma treatment and ongoing professional growth
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
• Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a team
