- Maintain hotel guest service standards; handle guest concerns with clear managerial communication, professional phone etiquette, and a customer service focus.
- Your impact: By aligning team priorities with guest service standards, you help guests receive consistent, attentive service throughout their stay.
Qualifications
- Hotel experience and hospitality management experience, including supervising experience, team management, and managing hospitality teams.
- Knowledge of hotel management, hospitality, guest services, front desk operations, financial operations, and night audit.
- Familiarity with revenue management, budgeting, and hospitality reservation systems; resort experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, guest relations, customer service, and managerial communication skills.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are valued.
