Duties
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest relations, housekeeping coordination, and maintenance oversight.
- Breakfast before 6 AM in everymorning.
- Housekeeping and cleanning must be done before 3 pm check inn time.
- Laundry will be parth of duty as well.
- Supervise and motivate hospitality teams to uphold high standards of customer service and hotel guest service standards.
- Manage hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to ensure accurate booking, check-in/check-out processes, and room allocations.
- Handle financial management like: night audit procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and human resources procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, managing guest services efficiently, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to optimize operational efficiency and uphold property standards.
Experience
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort settings.
- Strong background in overseeing daily hotel operations with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Experience with hospitality management software such as property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial operations, and revenue strategies effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests better.
- Leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams, human resources functions, and fostering team development.
- Excellent managerial communication skills combined with proficiency in front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and night audit procedures.
