For over 20 years, Anduzzi’s has been a staple in the Green Bay community, known for exciting game days, great food, and an energetic atmosphere. As part of Great North Hospitality Group, we are continuing to grow—and we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Manager to join our team!
With four facilities located within a block of Lambeau Field, there is always something happening. From groundskeeping and general repairs to kitchen equipment maintenance and facility upkeep, this role is essential to keeping our properties safe, functional, and guest-ready. You’ll also have the opportunity to help maintain Great North Commons, our newer facility that is just over a year old!
How You’ll Serve Our Team
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance needs across multiple hospitality facilities.
- Perform routine inspections and address repairs before they become larger issues.
- Complete general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, lighting, drywall, doors, fixtures, and other facility components.
- Maintain and improve the appearance of building exteriors, landscaping, parking areas, and surrounding grounds.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and coordinate repairs for kitchen equipment and other restaurant systems.
- Work with restaurant managers and leadership to prioritize maintenance requests and minimize operational disruptions.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed.
- Help prepare facilities for busy game days, concerts, special events, and seasonal changes.
- Maintain basic records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment needs.

- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.

- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Ability to safely use basic tools and equipment.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between locations.
