Imagine works with consumer and entertainment brands to combine cutting-edge printing technology with the latest communication trends to deliver expert made and strategic worldwide campaigns and messaging. As an intern at Imagine, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on creative and production capabilities all under one roof.
As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience working with a dynamic Human Resources team that supports employees across multiple locations nationwide. You will gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with employees and leaders throughout the organization, and support initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. An internship with Imagine means hands-on, real-life experience learning from experts in the field of creative branding and print production.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, self-motivated, ambitious, and have superb organizational abilities. Internship will be fully onsite at our Shakopee location.

Knowledge and skills you will gain:
- Learn how Human Resources supports employees and business operations within the manufacturing and printing industry.
- Assist with the full hiring and onboarding process from recruitment through new hire orientation.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, and company events.
- Utilize HRIS and other HR systems to maintain employee data and support HR processes.
- Understand compliance and handling sensitive information through employee relations case studies and other projects.
- Shadow HR team members across various functions to gain broad HR experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Minimum Qualifications of Position
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
PAY STATEMENT
The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Imagine offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, caregiver leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
