What You'll Do
- Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

- Commercial kitchens

- Communicate professionally with customers and facility teams
- Diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective solutions
- Collaborate with experienced technicians and managers when additional support is needed
- Identify opportunities for maintenance contracts and earn commissions on qualified leads
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration experience
- EPA Universal Refrigerant certification
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Journeyman or Master HVAC license is preferred
- Vocational or technical college training is preferred
- CFESA certification is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
