Job Title: Inside Sales / Shipping & Receiving Associate Location: Temco Ind / Edmond, Ok
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our small manufacturing and distribution team. This role combines customer service responsibilities with warehouse tasks, including order entry, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and general warehouse organization. The ideal candidate enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both administrative and physical duties to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls and provide product and order information Accurately enter and process customer orders using multiple platforms such as QuickBooks, Amazon, and our website Coordinate incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for shipment Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and audits Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and pricing Assist with general office duties and warehouse organization as needed Perform additional duties assigned by management Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order entry preferred Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar inventory/order management systems is a plus Comfortable handling both phone-based customer interactions and physical warehouse tasks Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively Proficient in basic computer skills including email, data entry, and order platforms Ability to work efficiently in a small team environment with minimal supervision
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
