- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with oilgas, petrochemical, power, pulppaper, or water/wastewater treatment industry products
- Knowledge of liquid level gauges, gas compression components, and related industrial applications
- Basic marketing knowledge
