Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing expert guidance on products, finishes, and design options.
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up on leads.
- Build strong relationships with customers, listening to their needs and providing solutions aligned with their project goals.
- Prepare and present quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Schedule and coordinate with outside sales/measurers to ensure timely site visits.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track multiple appointments, quotes, and customer requests in an organized manner.
- Collaborate with team members across sales, operations, and installation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
