We are currently seeking a customer-focused Inside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. Here is what you will be Responsible for (but not limited to):
- Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through the pursuit of strategic processes.
- Execute outbound calling strategies.
- Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.
The Most Qualified Individuals will have:
- One year experience in sales
- Background in construction/roofing related field
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, not required)
- Advanced Computer Skills
- Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)

- Unlimited earning potential w/commission! Potential salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year to start

- 8 paid holidays (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service includes Birthday too)
