About the Role

We’re seeking driven, goal-oriented individuals who are ready to grow in a fast-paced sales environment. What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective and current clients to build long-term relationships
• Assist customers in finding insurance solutions that fit their personal and business needs
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, follow-up activities, and agency-supported leads
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage options, including life insurance products
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients while delivering a high level of service
• Contribute to both personal performance goals and overall agency growth

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Self-driven individuals who enjoy working toward goals and achieving results
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or working directly with clients is a plus
• Strong time management skills with the ability to stay organized and work independently
• Coachable attitude with a desire to grow professionally and learn new skills
• Current insurance licensing is welcomed, but we’re also open to candidates willing to become licensed
