Operations & Manufacturing Spring 2027 Co-Op
As an Operations & Manufacturing Co-Op, you'll work alongside manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to help optimize the systems, processes, and workflows that drive production. During this six-month co-op beginning Spring 2027, you'll gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, lean principles, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. You'll receive mentorship from experienced professionals, collaborate across functions, expand your professional network, and have opportunities to share your work and recommendations with leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with project management efforts across operations and manufacturing.
- Support process development efforts that enhance efficiency, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
- Analyze operational and production data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, and production teams on cross-functional projects.
- Help address day-to-day manufacturing and operational challenges.
- Participate in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Evaluate workflows to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency.
- Share project findings and recommendations with key stakeholders.

- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
