Pay: $16.00/hr + Commission + Training Pay* for the first 10 weeks only
Schedule: Full-time/5 days per week, must be available to work weekends, holidays and be available to work between the hours of 7am to 9pm | Specific shifts will be scheduled based on operational requirements. Days off are typically consistent (Subject to business needs)

As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage, a typical day will include:
Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Guest Experience and Company Standards:
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage:
Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
