Job Description Summary
In this role, you will work under limited supervision, utilizing the knowledge and skills gained through your education and experience to coordinate, monitor, and assist with the implementation of marketing and communications strategies and projects. You will perform entry- to intermediate-level project management analysis and administrative tasks. While general guidelines will be provided, you will also have some responsibility for independent decision-making.
Your duties will include providing basic client support and addressing routine questions and solutions, either by triaging issues or directly providing assistance. You will regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders or clients to obtain, clarify, or share information and facts.

Responsibilities:
- Based on existing processes and established best practices, provides tactical recommendations to support client marketing efforts, often including adapting existing materials to fit existing needs; and/or providing pathways to successful initiative completion.
- Supports execution of established marketing plans through effective internal (agency) and external (client) communications and/or project management.
- May coordinate the organization, maintenance, and updating of the client, investment products, department offerings, and service information on the organization’s intranet system.
- Contributes to the development of tutorials, best practices, and documentation for internal/departmental and/or external/client reference.
- Provides basic consulting to clients in order to resolve immediate questions and/or requests.
- Identifies opportunities to respond to advisor requests, research, prepare, and track responses.
- Manage intake process for projects; build and execute project plans.
- Conducts basic marketing research and compiles project results and insights as assigned.
- Coordinates the creation and production of marketing and communications materials (including copy, layout, Web design, and/or audio/visual material) through the internal marketing agency.
- Provides basic project consulting to clients and account managers in order to resolve immediate questions and/or requests.
- May work with account managers and/or clients to review and test marketing deliverables against the project objectives, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Assists marketing leadership with special projects related to timely business needs.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills:
- Principles and practices of customer relations, marketing, and communications.
- Basic concepts, practices, and principles of project management methodology, including project management, analysis, administration, and documentation.
- Fundamental investment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industry.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation and communications.
- Coordinating projects, communicating changes and progress, and completing projects on time and budget.
- Communicating clearly and informatively, editing work for spelling and grammar, and presenting numerical data effectively; strong writing and analytical skills.
- Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness while applying feedback to improve performance.
- Completing tasks on time or notifying the appropriate stakeholder with an alternate plan.
- Collecting, researching, and analyzing data.
- Exercising judgment and self-direction to independently complete projects and tasks.
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software, including word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, database, and internet reference service applications.
- Conducting research using the Internet and other resources, compiling results, and preparing reports.
