BrightHome Real Estate Group is an established but always growing group seeking to add an Administrative Rockstar to our team! The position will be an extension of our leadership team with a focus on our growth and success and is open to both full or part-time applicants.
We're seeking a reliable team player with positive energy and a passion for the real estate industry and supporting our superstar agents! Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient and able to multi-task and is an Oregon licensee who either has their Principal Broker's license or has been a licensee for more than two years and capable of completing the necessary education and license testing to obtain their Principal Broker's license within 12 months of hire. The position is not an exclusive in Principal Broker duties but rather will be a combination of transaction and client support, file review, marketing, education and supporting our events.
We are a positive and hardworking group and seek a candidate that will arrive at the office with a smile and "can do" attitude for both clients and team.
Position:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the life of the transaction to clients and agents from contract to close.
- Review files for accuracy and compliance to Oregon Real Estate legal standards.
- Effective communication with clients, agents and cooperative parties to a transaction.
- Continually asking questions and seeking to improve knowledge base and expertise.
- Work closely with Principal Broker to ensure document compliance.
- Support social media and other marketing efforts such as open house flyer production.
- Maintain on-hand inventory of buyer and seller presentation print material.
- Participate in weekly team meeting and provide feedback and opportunities for improvement relating to transaction efficiency.
- Vendor management to include scheduling inspections, appraisals, photography and ordering business cards and signs.
- Manage closing gift inventory to ensure our agents always have a beautiful gift in hand to present to our valued clients at the closing table.
- Provide after closing care follow-up and review reach out.
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Publisher capable.
- Track sign and key box inventory.
