We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of Rooms, Enginering, Front Desk, Housekeeping
- Lead and mentor senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the organization.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize operational performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and drive accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- 5 + Years of Hotel Management Experience with 2+ years as a director
- Experience Full Service Hotels
- Proven experience in a senior operations management role with demonstrated success in leading teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
