INTRODUCTION
Clean Harbors is looking for a Supply Planner to join their safety conscious team. The Supply Planner creates a daily production plan and rolling seven-day schedule for engine oil blending, hydraulic blending, and loading of all finished products. Operates as the primary point of contact for the Customer Service and Transportation teams for reconciling changes in customer orders or transportation availability with production capacity. Coordinates with Refinery Operations and Maintenance teams to schedule shipment of by-products. Schedules receipt of raw materials and verifies completion of all outbound shipments for Compliance and Order Processing.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times; Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Create a daily production plan and rolling 7-day schedule for engine oil blending, hydraulic blending, and loading of all finished products.
- Be the primary point of contact for the Customer Service and Transportation teams for reconciling changes in customer orders or transportation availability with production capacity.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Maintenance teams to schedule shipment of waste (bio sludge, spent catalyst, and haz-non-haz drums) once containers are properly staged and labeled.
- Verify completion of required paperwork for finished product and waste shipments.
- Approve or reject orders in the Order Management Application.
- Schedule receipt of additives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar role.
- Highly organized.
- Problem solver.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Understands operational constraints.

COMPENSATION
Clean Harbors is committed to complying with applicable pay transparency laws and ensuring fair and equitable compensation. The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this role. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
