Purpose of the Role
The Electrical Procurement Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the
Electrical Procurement Manager by assisting with purchasing activities, purchase order
processing, order tracking, and coordination between internal departments and external suppliers.
This role helps ensure timely procurement of electrical materials and components while
maintaining accurate records and supporting ISO 9001 quality and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in the preparation, entry, and processing of purchase orders for electrical materials
- Track purchase order status and follow up with suppliers to confirm order
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, production, service, accounting) to
- Maintain organized and accurate procurement records, including purchase orders,
- Support inventory tracking and material availability reporting as directed by the
