This position will work closely with our Project Coordinator to assist with daily operations, project scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks to help keep our projects running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the Project Coordinator with daily tasks and project management support.
- Help coordinate scheduling, materials, equipment, and project logistics.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and files.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and field crews.
- Assist with tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative and office duties.
- Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Previous computer and office experience REQUIRED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Previous experience in project coordination, construction, logistics, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
