ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2013 after spending time in pharmaceutical sales, driven by a long-standing goal of becoming a business owner. I completed my undergraduate studies at Minnesota State Moorhead and earned my graduate degree from North Dakota State University. Outside of work, I have a background in MMA and boxing, which has shaped a disciplined, focused, and resilient approach to leadership. Our team includes four members, and we operate with a strong sense of accountability and ownership in everything we do.
For our team, we offer a 401k, licensing reimbursement, free coffee, occasional team lunches, and a few fun perks like candy at every desk. Our office culture values an ownership mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and accountability. We’re looking for go-getters who are detail-oriented, coachable, and able to perform well under pressure — people who want to take responsibility for their success and grow with the agency.
