The Role:
We are expanding our sales team and seeking a driven, high-energy Regional Account Executive to spearhead new business development. This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business with construction professionals in your assigned territory. You will leverage industry-leading solutions to help clients improve their bid management and project workflows, ultimately driving growth for their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, developing, and securing exceptional new client relationships.
- Working alongside the sales development, marketing, customer success and research teams to grow revenue.
- Initiating client discussions; leading customer presentations; managing the customer sales cycle.
- Closing deals and working collaboratively with the Account Management team.
- Travel to industry events, client meetings, and company outings.
- Utilize web meeting platforms to sell by delivering software demonstrations, sharing our portal.
- Discover client needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
- Strategically set individual sales goals, analyzing personal performance, and forecasting future sales.
- Organize work to include dedicated time of prospecting and meeting outreach targets.
- Document all Sales activities in company CRM.
- Manage geographic territory by researching and identifying target accounts and breaking into them.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative to search, discover, and develop opportunities.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, construction technology, or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client challenges and align solutions accordingly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive for success.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting techniques.
- Experience in or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
- Participation in the Company’s health/dental/vision and life insurance program on the first of the month following the date of hire.
- Hubexo US contributes $650/month towards employee's healthcare premiums or a conditional medical opt-out credit ($150 per month) for employees who have other qualifying health coverage and choose to waive the Company’s medical plan. Employees must sign a waiver to enroll in the conditional opt-out credit.
- Eligibility to participate in the company's 401K Retirement program after the first of the month starting day of hire; after twelve (12) months of continuous employment, the company will match 100% of your contributions of up to 10% of pretax income (vesting over 5 years).
- Participation in 10 paid holidays over the calendar year.
- After two months of continuous employment, you have access to a self-managed, unlimited paid vacation plan.
- Up to 80 hours of paid “Extended Sick Leave.”
