Used Car Sales Manager | Automax Atlanta | Lilburn, GA
$100K–$160K+ earning potential | Base + store gross + monthly unit bonus
Automax Atlanta is an established independent dealership in Lilburn with about 300 used cars in stock, mostly luxury and performance. We're hiring a hands-on Sales Manager who reports directly to the owner and runs the floor.
What you'll do
- Run the sales team: daily meeting, coaching, accountability, recruiting
- Desk every deal and hold gross
- Turn internet and phone leads into set, shown appointments
- Keep the team disciplined in the CRM (Tekion): every customer logged, every follow-up done
- Back up F&I on the finance manager's days off
- Report daily numbers and review a weekly scorecard with the owner
Pay
- Monthly base salary
- Percentage of the whole store's net gross, front and back
- Tiered monthly unit bonus
- 90-day guaranteed minimum while you ramp up
What we're looking for
- 3+ years as a sales manager or desk manager (used cars preferred)
- Strong desking skills and a record of holding gross
- Leads the team from the floor, not the office
- Tekion, Dealertrack or RouteOne experience a plus
- F&I experience a plus
