The Training Is the DifferenceA paid two-week training program in Charlotte, NC with a dedicated training department.
You will not be handed a brochure and sent out to figure it out. We train you on a proven, step-by-step process: what to say, how to say it, and what comes next. That is not about scripting your personality out of the room. It takes the guesswork off your plate so your attention goes where it belongs, on control and rapport. The process does the selling.

- Hand it to an install team that moves fast, and go home. No prospecting, no pipeline to build.
- Ongoing coaching built on real call reviews, not once-a-year role play
- 9 markets across NC, SC, GA, MD and PA, with a promote-from-within track

Sales Jobs in North Carolina: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales professional in North Carolina?
Most sales roles in North Carolina require a bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience in a customer-facing or revenue-generating role. Certain specialized areas require additional credentials, such as a North Carolina insurance license from the North Carolina Department of Insurance for insurance sales, or FINRA registrations for securities and investment sales. Building product knowledge in your target industry and gaining experience through entry-level account management or inside sales roles is the most common path.
Which companies hire sales professionals in North Carolina?
Employers hiring sales professionals in North Carolina right now include Food Lion, Lowe's Home Improvement, and Southern National Roofing, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. North Carolina's concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters in Charlotte and its growing technology corridor in the Research Triangle Park area means large enterprise employers are consistently among the most active hirers.
Which North Carolina cities have the most sales jobs?
Charlotte, Raleigh, and Durham have the most sales openings in North Carolina. Charlotte leads because of its dense financial services and banking sector, while Raleigh and Durham benefit from the Research Triangle's technology and life sciences employers, and Greensboro draws demand from its logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare industries.
Are there remote sales jobs in North Carolina?
Yes, and more than many fields, particularly in software, SaaS, and financial services sales where the entire sales cycle can run over video and phone. About 24% of sales openings tied to North Carolina are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how broadly distributed the state's tech and financial employer base has become. Territory-based and medical device roles still typically require in-person client contact.
How can I get hired as a sales professional in North Carolina with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through inside sales or sales development representative roles, which large North Carolina employers across banking, technology, and healthcare regularly hire for without requiring prior sales experience. Companies in the Research Triangle and Charlotte frequently run structured onboarding programs for new graduates from North Carolina's universities. Earning a relevant certification such as the Salesforce Administrator credential or completing a FINRA licensing exam for financial roles gives candidates a clear competitive edge over other applicants without experience.
Where can I find and apply to sales jobs in North Carolina?
You can find and apply to sales jobs in North Carolina on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from employers actively hiring across the state. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level, industry focus, and preferred location, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
