Sales Strategy Manager Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales strategy manager in New Hampshire?
Sales strategy manager roles in New Hampshire do not require a state-issued license or certification. Most employers hire candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, combined with several years of sales operations or revenue planning experience. Candidates who add credentials such as a Certified Sales Operations Professional designation or complete business analytics coursework at institutions like Southern New Hampshire University often stand out in a competitive applicant pool.
How much do sales strategy managers make in New Hampshire?
Sales strategy managers in New Hampshire earn a median of about $141,900 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $88,550 for the lowest 10% to over $265,620 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire sales strategy managers in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire sales strategy manager roles are posted by BAE Systems USA, Celestica, and Dartmouth College and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's concentration of defense contractors, financial services firms, and health insurance companies in the Manchester-Nashua corridor makes it one of the more active markets in New England for this role.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most sales strategy manager jobs?
New Hampshire, Merrimack, and Nashua have the most sales strategy manager openings in New Hampshire. Manchester and Nashua dominate because they host the largest corporate offices and regional headquarters in the state, while Concord draws openings from government-adjacent organizations and insurance carriers that need dedicated strategy functions to support their sales teams.
Are there remote sales strategy manager jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 92% of sales strategy manager openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how much of the work involves data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional planning rather than on-site presence. The portions of the role focused on CRM management, forecasting, and presentation-building translate especially well to fully remote arrangements.
How can I get hired as a sales strategy manager in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a sales operations analyst, business development representative, or marketing analyst role at a New Hampshire employer. Large companies like Fidelity Investments and BAE Systems hire analysts and coordinators who can grow into strategy functions over time. Building a portfolio that includes a go-to-market plan or pipeline analysis project, and completing a business analytics or revenue operations certificate, gives candidates without a direct title a concrete edge in the application process.
Where can I find and apply to sales strategy manager jobs in New Hampshire?
You can find and apply to sales strategy manager jobs in New Hampshire on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the available roles, identify the ones that match your experience and target location, and apply directly to whichever positions fit your background.
