RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set daily goals for yourself to surpass company expectations.
- Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this
- Must be proficient in selling fitness and multiple modalities of studio classes
- Ensure that you can communicate studio concepts
- Passionate about community outreach and help the Studio Director in planning in studio events
- Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same
- Create a positive, safe teamwork environment
- Take responsibility for all club needs. Step in and help out
- Eager to continue to learn about skill development.
- Be timely well dressed and ready to work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Sales is encouraged but not required
- Work a minimum of 40 hrs. / 5 days a week/ weekends when necessary
- Experience working with others and motivating a team
- Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
- Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
