For over 40 years, USA Insulation has helped homeowners in older homes stay more comfortable and lower their energy bills with an eco-friendly, non-toxic insulation product. We're growing in Georgia and hiring only 2 consultants this round. We keep training classes small so every new rep gets real one-on-one coaching.

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS DIFFERENT

• No cold calling, no door knocking required. We set pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who asked to hear from us. Up to three provided appointments every day.

• You get paid while you learn. Weekly paid training for four weeks, then you move to commission.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive to pre-set appointments at homeowners' houses in metro Atlanta and surrounding area

• Inspect the home and walk homeowners through how our insulation can help

• Deliver an interactive presentation and help families make a decision

• Attend weekly training and quarterly sales boot camps

• Always do the right thing for the customer

THIS ISN'T FOR EVERYONE

This is a demanding role. You'll work evenings and some Saturdays, drive across the region, and get paid on results. Our training moves fast and expects real effort from day one. If you want an easy job, this isn't it. If you want to be great at something and get paid well for it, keep reading.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (appointments are spread across the region)

• Available Mon–Thur for 10, 2 and 5:30 appointments and then Fri, Sat for 10, 1 and 4 appointments

PAY & PERKS

• Reps at our location have earned 100K–140K in their first year

• Across the company, 100k - 200k is common for established reps, and top performers have earned $350K+
