Summary:

Collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders and is a liaison between Vendor and Legal Department during contract approval process. Assists with processing and maintains database of lease agreements to support Finance Department. Provides ongoing coordination of contracts, ensuring all agreements are current, activated and easily retrievable. Responsible for supporting System Sourcing Manager in negotiations and vendor sourcing efforts. Responsible for rolling review of price agreements to ensure correct pricing is maintained.

Responsibilities:

Assists with the vendor credentialing process.Supports Sourcing Manager on contract monitoring, analytics, and execution.Maintains the contract management database and generates reports.Identifies and recommends contracting process improvements to standardize performance indicators, promote risk mitigation, and improve cost containment.Drafts and reviews contracts and contract templates. Applies expertise to resolve novel and complex contractual issues.Works collaboratively with internal customers and vendors/suppliers to support contract negotiations and vendor sourcing efforts.

Education and Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
