- Use classroom management and behavior management strategies to maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Support students with disabilities, including developmental disabilities and autism, in coordination with established classroom plans.
- Communicate clearly with students and school staff, organize classroom activities, and share relevant updates about the day.
