Supply Chain Specialist Jobs in Missouri

We're looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Key Account Manager to serve as the operational lead for one of our largest and most strategic national retail customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the complexities of supporting a major mass retail customer.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary operational contact for a large national retail customer, managing the full order lifecycle from creation through delivery.
• Own customer portal activities, including item set up, quote submission, shipper set up, order maintenance, and any other maintenance or administrative tasks.
• Coordinate order execution, shipment planning, routing, and replenishment activities to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Compliance, Transportation, Distribution, and Inventory teams to proactively resolve issues and remove barriers.
• Monitor retailer requirements for packing, shipping, routing, labeling, and compliance standards while ensuring execution aligns with customer expectations.
• Analyze operational performance data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Prepare and present customer and operational reporting that supports proactive business decisions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive sustainable solutions for order management and supply chain challenges.
• Support special projects, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Order Management organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for assigned customer programs and account operations.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, customer operations, retail account management, or related functions.
• Experience supporting large national retail accounts and navigating complex customer requirements.
• Experience working within customer retail portals, supplier systems, and order management platforms.
• Strong understanding of retailer compliance, routing guides, shipping requirements, replenishment processes, and chargeback prevention.
• Experience managing high-volume order execution for a top-tier mass merchant or large-scale retail environment.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to identify trends and solve business problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, S4/HANA, Fiori, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools is a plus.
