- Expedite critical materials and follow up on late, incomplete, or at-risk deliveries.
- Investigate and help resolve supply chain disruptions, including material shortages, transportation delays, inventory discrepancies, and quality-related material holds.
- Coordinate corrective actions with suppliers, purchasing, logistics, quality, warehouse, and manufacturing teams.
- Maintain accurate material, shipment, and inventory information within ERP and material planning systems.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports covering shortages, delivery performance, inventory status, and production risks.
- Collaborate with production planning to align material availability and deliveries with the vehicle production schedule.
- Track open issues and actions through resolution, escalating critical risks when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, supplier performance, inventory accuracy, and logistics processes.
