Job Description
Detailers are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Detailers are responsible for merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of quality products in local stores. As a Detailer, you will drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, retrieve Frito-Lay products from the backs of stores, and ensure that our products are both fresh and attractive to our customers when out in the store. This is the perfect role for someone who is interested in part-time work! Although you will start out as a Detailer for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo.
Responsibilities:
- Driving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle (we’ll provide mileage reimbursement while you’re on the clock)
- Checking in and out with manager on duty
- Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
- Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products
- Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste
- Assembling and disassembling of temporary displays
We operate 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! We transform store aisles, end caps, and displays into works of art, from the lowest shelf to the highest shelf, so you can expect to be on your feet for a majority of your shift.
Minimum Qualifications:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
- You have reliable or personal transportation to work
- You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
- You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
Our application takes 20-25 minutes to finish on any device. Our mission is to get you in for an interview instead of jumping through hoops. Just keep an eye on your e-mail, and we will take care of the rest.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.

Which food & beverage companies sponsor H-1B visas in Arizona?
Shamrock Foods, one of Arizona's largest food distributors, has a history of sponsoring H-1B workers in technical and engineering roles. Beverage manufacturers and food processing companies operating in the Phoenix metro and Tucson also appear in Department of Labor LCA filings. Larger national brands with Arizona operations, including those in beverage production and packaged foods, are more likely to have established sponsorship infrastructure than smaller regional operators.
Which cities in Arizona have the most food & beverage H-1B sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and the surrounding metro area, including Scottsdale, Tempe, and Gilbert, account for the majority of food and beverage H-1B sponsorship activity in Arizona. Tucson has a smaller but active cluster, particularly around food science and agricultural processing operations tied to the University of Arizona's research ecosystem. Chandler and Mesa also host food manufacturing facilities that occasionally sponsor H-1B workers for engineering and quality roles.
What types of food & beverage roles typically qualify for H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship in food and beverage is generally limited to specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Roles that commonly qualify include food scientists, food safety engineers, process engineers, quality assurance managers, supply chain analysts, and research and development specialists. General production, line management, and hospitality roles typically do not meet the specialty occupation threshold required for H-1B classification.
How do I find food & beverage H-1B sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters food and beverage roles in Arizona by H-1B visa sponsorship. Rather than manually searching general job boards and guessing which employers sponsor, Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsorship opportunities in the food and beverage sector across Arizona cities. You can filter by location, role type, and visa category to focus your applications on employers with an active sponsorship track record.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for H-1B sponsorship in food & beverage?
Arizona's food and beverage sector is heavily influenced by agriculture, beverage production, and large-scale food distribution. The state's growing population in the Phoenix metro has attracted national food and beverage brands establishing regional headquarters or production facilities, which increases the pool of potential H-1B sponsors. Roles tied to Arizona's agricultural technology corridor, particularly around Yuma and the Tucson region, may also produce H-1B opportunities in food science and agricultural processing.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B food & beverage jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
